A Paris museum opened its doors for the first time to nudist visitors on Saturday, granting them special visiting hours to tour an exhibit in a one-off naturist event. Naturist campaigners said the museum event, with around attendees, was a breakthrough in one of the culture capitals of the world. A gallery in Vienna invited visitors to take their clothes off for a special viewing in of an exhibit dedicated to paintings of male nudity, while a museum in Australia has also opened its doors to naked viewers.

Mowing the lawn, coffee with friends, dinnertime with family members, even board meetings with colleagues — at this camp, there were no exceptions to the no clothes rule. Most people might be familiar with the ideas of naturism or nudism. Inside the naturist community at Bare Oaks, clothing is only used for protection, whether it be from the cold or from work that might injure your body, but most of the time you would never see a naturist in clothing unless they left the park and went into the general public.
